Taking care of personal health is not simply limited by healthy nutrition, exercise, and/ or reduction in stress.
I personally keep a healthy lifestyle and regardless suffer from an assortment of allergies. My symptoms include, runny nose/ stuffy nose, sinus infection, sneezing, watery eyes, allergy attacks, and some nights I would wake up with difficulty breathing. I also experience difficulty hearing and I have had a hard time focusing on any work during different allergy attacks.
I have spent a lot of time and money trying to cure my allergy symptoms.
