Viruses are microscopic particles invading our environment where we work, live and socialize. They cannot multiply on their own so they need to invade a “host” cell and take over its machinery in order to create more virus particles. Viruses consist of genetic materials (DNA or RNA) surrounded by protective coatings of protein and are capable of latching onto cells and invading their structure.
The cells of mucous membranes, such as those lining the respiratory passages we breathe through, are particularly vulnerable to virus attacks.

Molds
Mold can grow virtually on any organic substance or building material comprised of wood, wallpaper, drywall, carpet, paint, adhesives, fabrics, ducting and insulation. Mold can be found everywhere and when it lands on a damp indoor spot with little or no UV light, it begins digesting and growing. This produces thousands of microscopic spores that are released into the air while the destructive and dangerous organisms eventually damage the materials on which they feed and grow.
