H1N1 VIRUS
Decongreen Inc. is using an EPA registered disinfectant product, developed by a renowned National Laboratory well-demonstrated to be an effective tool in infection control plans. It maintains EPA registration as a virucide. The story of dangerous viral contagion is of great concern to our nation. The current concern over the H1N1 virus (Swine flu) is leading the news stories. It appears that the virus is easily communicated between people. This virus is an Influenza Type A virus. Decongreen Inc.'s solution has been tested in accordance with EPA accepted protocols and has been approved for a label claim of disinfection efficacy against Influenza Type A viruses. If a customer is concerned about treatment of an area where this contagion is possible, the solution may be used as part of a plan of attack to contain the outbreak. The claim is specified for hard nonporous surfaces. As always however, if the solution comes into intimate physical contact with the virus, the virus is destroyed. Fogging, spraying or foaming are all acceptable application methods.
